Organised by the Greater Caspian Association

Volunteer

Be part of the team behind an international forum. Meet people from across the Greater Caspian Region, see how a large event is run from the inside, and add real international experience to your CV.

What volunteers do

  • Welcome guests

Meet guests at registration and help them find their way around the venue.

  • Look after speakers

Guide speakers to their sessions and help keep the programme on time.

  • Support meetings

Help run the B2B and partner meetings between sessions.

  • Help the press desk

Support journalists, photographers and our own media team.

  • Bridge languages

Help guests who speak the languages of the region feel at home.

  • Keep the day running

Behind the scenes, from setting up the rooms to the last session.

Tasks depend on the event and on what you tell us when you register.
