We are proud to partner with the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SAPSSI) in organising the Global Web Forum "Governments' agile response to COVID-19" on 14–15 May.
With billions of people in quarantine and many industries disrupted, we now face an unprecedented reality. The role of governments has grown. The pandemic and its economic challenges call for urgent, efficient measures and innovative approaches to public service delivery, to slow the spread of the virus and limit its impact.
Starting at 13:00 Central European Summer Time on Thursday, May 14, global and national leaders will share their experiences, discuss social innovations and smart solutions, and assess the tools available to fight COVID-19 and its consequences.
Particular attention will be paid to international trade and logistics during the pandemic. This subject will be discussed in depth at a dedicated session on Friday, May 15, 10:30–11:15 Central European Summer Time, by leading experts, government officials, senior representatives of international organisations and businesspeople.
