About the initiative
Guy Blackwood QC of Quadrant Chambers presented the Caspian Arbitration Society on 24 January 2019, and it was inaugurated that evening. Vitaliy Kozachenko of Fortior Law S.A., Geneva, developed two supporting presentations, on the Society and on the Caspian Arbitration Rules. They are in the Media kit. The initiative returned in 2020 as the Caspian Arbitration Centre. Blackwood described it as "Creating the world's most innovative framework for international arbitration."
