Our cultural and networking evening

About the initiative

Caspian Night began on the evening of Day Two at Caspian Week 2017, when visitors to the World Economic Forum gathered for food, wine and conversation. The aim was to give guests a relaxed place to chat and network. Staff from the Silk Road restaurant in Geneva provided classic dishes from Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan and beyond. In 2018 the evening served black caviar with ice-cold vodka, and it featured violinist Valentin Akçag and Zurich DJ Rolf Imhof.
