We invite you to our online session "Legal Disputes in Pandemic World" on Thursday, June 18, 14:00–15:00 Zurich time. Since our extremely successful Caspian Week 2020 forum in Davos, events have moved on, so we are revisiting and updating the key topics discussed in January 2020.

To reflect the changes brought by the COVID-19 outbreak and the economic downturn, and to identify risks, opportunities, solutions and success stories, we have started a series of online discussions, "Caspian Week 2020 COVID Update", covering a wide range of subjects.

Since May 2020, we have invited international experts, leading scientists, practitioners and policymakers from governments and international organisations to share their views. These discussions have drawn strong interest well beyond those who took part in our Davos events.

Legal Disputes in Pandemic World is one of the most important subjects. Recent challenges have led to more disputes across a wide range of areas, including international trade, investment, EPC projects, labour relations, data protection and more. Quarantine measures have affected court practice. There are strong reasons to believe many of the recent changes will stay in the post-COVID world.

Our sessions usually last one hour, with 4–5 top-level speakers. Each speaker has about 10 minutes to present a statement and/or slides, followed by a moderated discussion.
