CASPIAN NIGHT

Over a glass of wine and a plate of delicious Caspian region food, our attendees had a chance to chat, network, and sample the exotic flavours provided by the staff of the "Silk Road" restaurant in Geneva. Here, Sergio and Kamol proudly present the diverse dishes they served up - culinary classics from Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan and beyond.
